The SMA Sunny Home Manager 2.0 is an energy manager with integrated measuring device for monitoring and controlling household PV energy flows. It measures purchased electricity and grid feed-in at the grid connection point and supports energy management for connected appliances and SMA devices.

Mount in a switch or meter cabinet on a top-hat rail. Connect to the local router using an Ethernet cable. Register the PV system in Sunny Portal or Sunny Places. For installations above 63 A per line conductor, external current transformers can be used.
Optimises PV self-consumption and supports more efficient use of self-generated solar energy. Self-consumption is stated at under 3 W. Optimised battery charging is supported in SMA storage systems.
