Solis three-phase grid-tied solar inverter for low-voltage PV installations. The 25 kW model is specified for 3/(N)/PE, 220 V grid connection and includes four MPPTs for multi-orientation array design.

DC connection uses MC4 connector. AC connection uses OT terminal up to 70 mm². Supports aluminium wire access and Y connector on the DC side. Optional Wi-Fi and GPRS may be available depending on configuration. Remote registration, upgrade and control are supported via SolisCloud.
Maximum efficiency is 98.4% and EU efficiency is 98.0%. Night self-consumption is below 1 W. Optional PID recovery is listed for the range and may improve yield where used.
