The Tesla Powerwall 3 Expansion is a battery expansion unit for use with Powerwall 3. It is indoor and outdoor rated, with floor or wall mounting options, and is intended for connected energy storage expansion within the Powerwall 3 system.

Specified for indoor and outdoor installation, with NEMA 3R enclosure rating and IP67 ingress protection.
Expansion units are connected in parallel within the system.
Can be installed by floor mount or wall mount to suit site requirements.
Up to three Expansion units can be installed behind a Powerwall 3 when floor mounted.
