Technical Summary

Victron BlueSolar MPPT 150/60-Tr solar charge controller with 60A rated charge current. Supports 12V, 24V and 48V battery systems with auto select, and 36V selection via software tool. Maximum PV open-circuit voltage is 150V absolute maximum, with 145V start-up and operating maximum. Nominal PV power is 860W at 12V, 1720W at 24V and 3440W at 48V. Max PV short-circuit current is 50A. Maximum efficiency exceeds 98%. Self-consumption is 10 mA. Tr model dimensions are 185 x 250 x 95 mm.

Installation Notes

Tr models use 35 mm² / AWG2 PV terminals. Battery terminals are 35 mm² / AWG2. Parallel operation is supported but not synchronised. Operating temperature is -30 to +60°C, with full rated output up to 40°C. Humidity rating is 95% non-condensing. Protection category is IP43 for electronic components and IP22 for the connection area.

Efficiency

Maximum efficiency exceeds 98%. Ultra-fast MPPT is stated to improve energy harvest by up to 30% versus PWM charge controllers and by up to 10% versus slower MPPT controllers. No cooling fan is fitted.
