Technical Summary

PWM charge controller for 12V/24V battery systems with automatic voltage detection and 20A rated charge current. Maximum solar voltage 28V / 55V, IP20 enclosure, common positive grounding, terminal size 6 mm² / AWG10. Operating temperature range -35 to +60°C at full load, humidity up to 95% non-condensing. Protection includes battery reverse polarity (fuse), output short circuit and over-temperature. Factory charge settings are 14.4V / 28.8V absorption, 13.7V / 27.4V float, 11.2V / 22.4V load disconnect and 12.6V / 25.2V load reconnect.

Installation Notes

IP20 enclosure for indoor installation. For 12V systems, 36-cell solar panels are specified; for 24V systems, use 72-cell panels or two 36-cell panels in series. Some loads, especially inverters, may be connected directly to the battery; inverter remote control can be connected to the load output. A special interface cable may be required.
