MPPT charge controller with 45A rated charge current, 12/24/48V auto-select battery voltage and software selection for 36V. Nominal PV power is listed as 650W at 12V, 1300W at 24V, 1950W at 36V and 2600W at 48V. Max PV short-circuit current is 50A. Protection includes PV reverse polarity, output short circuit and over-temperature. Operating temperature range is -30 to +60°C, with full rated output up to 40°C. Power terminals are 16 mm² / AWG6.
Battery voltage is auto-selected for 12V, 24V and 48V; a software tool is required to select 36V. PV voltage must exceed Vbat + 5V for start-up, then remain above Vbat + 1V during operation. A PV array with higher short-circuit current may damage the controller. Power terminals accept 16 mm² / AWG6 conductors. Protection category is IP43 for electronic components and IP22 for the connection area.
Maximum efficiency exceeds 98%. Ultrafast MPPT is stated to improve energy harvest versus PWM charge controllers and slower MPPT controllers. The unit is fanless and rated for full output current up to 40°C.
