SigenStor: Residential & Small Commercial

SigenStor All-in-One Energy Management System

A fully integrated, AI-optimised platform combining an Energy Controller (solar inverter), battery modules, battery PCS, DC EV charger and EMS in a single modular system. Suitable for residential and commercial projects alike, the SigenStor is IP66-rated for outdoor installation.

SigenStor Battery Modules

Low voltage modules available in 6kWh and 9.04kWh capacities, each with five layers of safety protection. Up to six modules can be stacked to deliver up to 48kWh, with further expansion into megawatt-hour territory for larger commercial applications.

SigenStor Energy Controllers

• Single phase: 3.6–12kW with up to 200% DC oversizing

• Three phase: 6–26kW with up to 160% DC oversizing

Both variants feature full Fast Ethernet, full-duplex communication at up to 100Mbps, enabling immediate network connectivity on installation.

SigenStor EVDC Charging Module

Tethered DC EV chargers in 12kW and 25kW configurations, with bi-directional charging support where locally available.

Sigen SP2 Hybrid Inverters

• Single phase: 3.6kW and 5.0kW

• 200% DC oversizing

• Connects to SigenStor batteries via a Battery Controller

SigenStack: Commercial & Industrial

SigenStack

A high-performance, floor-standing LiFePO4 battery system with a 12kWh modular capacity, DC-coupled and expandable up to 253kWh. IP66-rated for outdoor use, with six layers of battery pack safety protection and a nominal 0.5C discharge rate.

Sigen C&I PV Inverters

Three-phase inverters available at 50, 60, 80, 100, 110 and 125kW, featuring 4–8 MPPTs depending on power class, 160% DC oversizing and a reserved battery port for future SigenStack integration.

Accessories

The accessories range includes Sigen Gateways, the Sigen Home Pro for whole-home or prioritised load backup, and the Sigen Energy Gateway, which supports multiple SigenStor connections for micro-grid configurations. Wall and ground-mount installation kits plus single and three-phase power sensors are also available.

Tools & Apps

Sigen Cloud Management Platform: A complete installer management environment offering a BI dashboard, real-time device and system monitoring, third-party integration with inverters, heat pumps, generators and smart loads, plus alarm tracking with timestamped insights, root cause analysis and maintenance recommendations.

mySigen App: A home energy management app giving homeowners real-time monitoring, enriched energy graphs and full visibility and control of their system. Powered by GPT-4o, mySigen is the world's first AI-powered energy app.

Warranties

Standard 10-year warranties cover SigenStor Battery Modules, SigenStor Energy Controllers and C&I inverters.

SigenStack battery modules carry a 10,000-cycle lifespan rating.

Extended 5-year warranties are available for batteries and inverters beyond the standard term.

Training, Certification & Rewards

Sigenergy's tiered partner programme recognises and rewards installers through a points-based system, accessed via your nominated distributor. Installers are classified as Certified, Silver, Gold or Platinum, earning points redeemable against products and gifts based on installed capacity, customer service performance and participation in Sigenergy events and activities.
