The SolarEdge TerraMax SE330K is a transformerless grid-tied solar inverter for large-scale PV systems. It supports 1500 Vdc input, 690 Vac three-phase output and module-level optimisation for technical PV installations requiring high DC capacity and integrated protection features.
Rated AC active output power of 330,000 W with maximum apparent AC output power of 330,000 VA.
Maximum DC input voltage of 1500 Vdc with up to 660,000 W maximum DC power at module STC.
Maximum efficiency of 99.2% and EU efficiency of 98.8%.
Includes DC reverse polarity protection, ground fault isolation detection, integrated DC disconnect and Type 2 AC/DC surge protection.
Supports module-level optimisation and PID rectifier functionality.
SE330K model with 330 kW rated AC active output power. Three-phase output at 690 Vac nominal, 587–759 Vac range, 50 ± 5% Hz and ?3% total harmonic distortion. DC input up to 1500 Vdc, 266.7 Adc maximum input current and 660,000 W maximum DC power. Maximum efficiency 99.2%, EU efficiency 98.8%. IP66 enclosure, transformerless topology, integrated DC disconnect, Type 2 AC/DC surge protection and operating temperature range of -40 to +60 °C.
Bracket supplied. AC connection uses 2 glands for 48–55 mm cable diameter with terminal lugs, maximum 300 mm² per wire, aluminium or copper. DC connection uses 4 glands for 22–32 mm cable diameter with terminal lugs, maximum 300 mm² per wire, aluminium or copper. Commissioning is supported via SetApp mobile application using the built-in Wi?Fi access point. Power derating applies above +45 °C.
Maximum efficiency is 99.2% and EU efficiency is 98.8%. The inverter supports 200% DC oversizing and module-level optimisation. RoHS compliant.
